At your job, do you feel like you are worth you make, or no?

So recently I have been thinking that at work while it is not especially hard in any manner, my position is a must for the company and I feel like I am worth more than what I make; basically I feel like I should be making at least 3 dollars more per hour.

Just wondering if you feel like you make more than what you do at your job, less or about even.

and yes I know everyone would like to make more etc but being realistic I believe 3 dollars more and I would be making what I believe what I should be.

    What you make is the result of an agreement between two sides. I can feel like I'm worth $100,000,000 a year all I want, but if I can't find someone who agrees with me and is willing to pay me that, what I feel like I should be making becomes irrelevant.
