It might actually make you jittery or hyper-aware/alert for a short time, but then again, you could be jittery from withdrawal from coffee as well.

If you are already very stressed and have stomach issues, coffee's acids can add to heartburn and reflux problems.

Some people find it calming and the warmth can help with that; some people feel more stressed, of course, if they aren't able to be awake and alert. Coffee can be a mood-booster and therefore could make you more positive and less stressed during the day.

probably, but still worth it imo

Probably not, but it depends on the person.

As someone has just said, it depends on the individual, but what makes the difference is not anxiety or being prone to anxiety. Also, different people need different amounts to have the same positive effects (Nicolas Pirastu in Scientific Reports, Aug., 2016).

Coffee is a complicated subject. If it's not abused, it has a number of health benefits and helps some people with depression, but there are cautions. Strangely, tea does not have a similar effect on depression, although it also has caffeine.

At the end of this video, you can see three good sites with facts about coffee benefits and cautions.

The caffeine in coffee can have that effect on some people, especially in large amounts. The FDA recommends no more than 400mg of caffeine a day, the average cup of coffee has 50mg. And I know a lot of people who can't handle anymore than one cup or energy drink without being too jittery, everyones different. I myself probably exceed that limit daily but it takes a lot to induce anxiety from caffeine alone.

It depends on the individual. Caffeine definitely can increase anxiety. For me, it relaxes me. But for most people, if they are prone to anxiety or stress, caffeine can increase it.

If you are having issues avoid caffeine, sugars, and certain foods such as ham, which contain stimulants.

It can if you already suffer it, Perhaps put a cap on how much you drink through the day.
