Who are your top 10 footballers from countries that never won a World Cup ?

Yup, no Brazilians, no Italians, etc. Anyone mentioning these will be humiliated by the cruelest punishment ever invented by mankind, the thumb down. You may do sub-categories (recent, alltime, by position, ...) if you wish. I like when people do their own cooking anyway.

Update:

It's close to award BA. Maybe I could say Alpha's one is a bit more homogeneous, and doesn't favor recent players. But every answer was valuable and made me think about players I forgot !
