What?? was it frozen? if so cook it in 2 pieces, your gonna have to cut it up to eat anyway.
If not, its just ground beef, mush it back together into its shape, then cook it.

I have no idea what you mean.
Is it one from a tv dinner? or are you making it from scratch? If you're making it from scratch, add more eggs to the ground beef mixture. Like meatloaf. Eggs help it stick together.
