Democrats have no campaign cash; Tom Perez can't raise it; will Perez lose his job?

The DNC seems to have had chronic fundraising problems. The DCCC and DSCC, the groups directly working to elect Dem congressmen and Senators are flush with cash. Individual Democratic candidates are also raking in record setting amounts of money. Many of the Democratic Senators up for election this year have raised several times what they did in the 2012 election cycle. Republicans, in almost all cases, are severely lagging behind Democrats. In one case, an incumbent Republican Congressman has been out-fundraised by several of the Democrats vying to take him on. Money is unlikely to be a big problem for Democrats in 2018.
