It'll be Killer Croc and the Man-Bat, where the one that it needs to be portrayed by Keith David and Ciarán Hinds. Like the new DC film that it has to be as a #1 hit sequel to The Dark Knight Rises, which it can be called as "John Blake: The Untold Story In Gotham" A spin-off of The Dark Knight Trilogy that it has to be directed by Christopher Nolan. Plus, it has to be released on July 10, 2020 as well. Isn't that correct?

Court of Owls, and the Talons led by Lincon March (aka Thomas Wayne Jr.)

    Or Deacon Blackfire

Condiment King! Nah, but it should be somebody who has a bit of grounding in the "real world", so nothing too far-out like Clayface or Mr. Freeze, just given the context of the previous films.

That being the case, I think it would have been great to see Deathstroke on-screen in the Nolan versions. Or else maybe even the Court of Owls since they already touched on the League of Assassins. I like the Riddler, but don't know if he'd be a good fit and mob bosses tend to be boring.

Either R'as al Ghul (he could have been resurrected by his followers in a Lazarus pit), Doctor Destiny or maybe at a push Etrigan the Demon.

Coming from someone who has no comics knowledge I’d go riddler but way darker

I would like to see either a really good, dark rendition of Riddler, or possibly Solomon Grundy. The Penguin and Catwoman bore me to tears every time I even think about them, and Poison Ivy is lame.
