Left leg ache?
21 year old male, my left leg aches and feels like it constantly needs to be moved. At work today it doesn’t bother me when I’m moving around on it a lot. But at night when laying around it aches, sometimes tingly feeling. I went to the doctor a couple years ago about it. It comes and goes. Doctor said maybe a sciatic nerve, Restless syndrome etc? It just feels like it needs to be stretched constantly to relieve the feeling.

I experienced constant pain in my right leg and knee. Exercise and physical therapy didn't help.
Finally I figured out that since I was a frequent passenger in our rather small car, my knee was often pressing and hitting the door. A sofa pillow between my leg and the door has solved the problem.
I hope the answer to your situation is something simple like that.

Do not ignore these symptoms. Aching, numbness or tingling of the left leg, or left arm as well, can be sign of a heart attack or clogged arteries. If anything, something is clogging something is happening in your blood stream. Pay attention to when this problems happens. Is it when you drink alcohol? Is it when you eat animals products? Does it happen after you eat a high saturated fat meal? All of these things can cause clogged arteries and heart disease. Does it happen when you are stressed? Stress causes inflammation of the arteries. If you participate in EVERY one of these questions, try and remove one of these lifestyles, if not all.
Do you smoke?
The best of luck to you. I wish you nothing but the best.
