my mom bought 10 acres of land, through owner finance. I was to buy 2 acres of it cash. How would I be able to do this? If she defaults on her loan, the land can be taken, but if I buy the 2 acres from her, so will mine. Would she have to refinance only 8 and I buy the 2 from the seller?

My laptop won't recognize my cell phone. i will charge, but it will not recognize it in any other way. I am trying to transfer pictures from phone to computer and vice versa, as well as song. I have never been able to with this lap top. only my old one. I checked the box in applications saying debugging, but it still doesn't work. i have tried different cords. does not work. i have also tried all my USB ports. still doe snot work. lenovo tech support said that there is not driver needed to be updated, and my cell phone tech support said there is nothing wrong with the phone. who can i depend on if both sides can't help me?

198 volvo station wagon 240dl...volvo mechanic installed used starter as replacement...3 days after put in, car won't start. the power turns on, but no noise when turn ignition. tarted up rigth away with battery jump....next day, same thing....but didnt start with battery jump...had it towed, then it started once they took it off the tow truck (wtf..yea $75 wasted)....made a couple stops tonight before going home, came home, tried to start it as soon as i turned it off, happened again....wtf is going on????? please help..

i recently reloaded windows 7 on my computer. everything was going fine for about a week. it acted just like new, but i gave it to my brother, and as soon as we started it, it gave an error code of "Fatal error c0000034 applying update operation" and then 174 of 75000 or something. this happens when we star the computer and it says starting windows. nothing is different about the computer except the mouse, keyboard, and monitor, however this cannot be the reason....Can it? if now, please help! thank you

i just got my 3 disk recovery windows 7 64 bit factory settings disk and the direction don't say what each option is. i just want to restore the computer like it is brand new. it starts up and says "toshiba recovery wizard" and "system recovery options". which one do i click? when i click "system recovery options" is has a list with:

startup repair

system restore

system image recovery

windows memory diag.

command prompt

toshiba recovery wizard

serious techs only, that know what they are talking about please, with out any judgement, just answer me. thanks

I got a new hard drive for my toshiba satellite because my old one had too many bad sectors. the hard drive that i bought did not come with anything on it, so no factory settings to restore it to. how can i get the toshiba factory settings back onto it, so i can have my windows 7 64 bit back on there, which is what the lab top originally had on it when bought. Thank you.
