Jack Dempsey fish developed 2 bumps on each side of head?
Hi I got my Dempsey many months ago. My tank is over 1 year old and has 2 oscars 2 plecos( One of the plecos is a bristle nose) . A blue gil( wild caught from a lake) and a bichir.
Today I looked at my larger Dempsey and I noticed two bumps/lumps I'd assume kinda near his temples if you were to look at his face like a humans.
I'm not sure what it is and I'm hoping it's not because it's sick. Any ideas?

Without a photo it's really hard to be able to say what it might be. It could be an infection or it could simply just be an injury.

Usually bumps are from damage, aggression, running into decorations.
Not sure what else if would be.
