    The measure of a central angle = the measure of the arc created by that central angle. So, arc CA = 56 degrees

    An inscribed angle = 1/2 the intersected arc. So, <CBA = (1/2) measure of arc CA. So, a = (1/2) 56 = 28 degrees.
