    Try Sennakot. It's a senna tablet. Tea just doesn't do it.

    There’re so many teas herbal and fruit tea that can be considered as restorative tea, for example: Chrysanthemum tea, Genmaicha Herbal Tea, Lotus Leaf Herbal Tea, Dried Hawthorn Fruit (Shanzha) Slices, Honeysuckle, Chamomile, Buckwheat, etc.
