Can hitting your head cause shoulder and armpit pain?
Last night a door slammed on my head. I had started feeling aches and pains in my upper neck and now my right arm has a funny achy feeling. Whole arm, armpit, and shoulder. I also have an ear type infection so I don't know if that would have anything to do with armpit pain.

Please go see your doctor.
When you hit your head, the force was likely transmitted down your neck and arm.
What you describe is similar to whiplash.
Don't go taking any odd remedies - just go see an orthopedic specialist. They will check you out for damage, but likely tell you to stick to an NSAIDs like ibuprofen. They may also assign you some physical therapy- but see a doctor.
