What would cause the “make offer”option on Ebay auctions to open a window that does not allow me to make an offer?
A window opens but there is no “enter” or “confirm” or “submit” button to allow me to send the offer through. This happens on all “best offer” auctions I have tried.

maybe the browser you use ?? I just tried it using Chrome w/o any problems
