I want new shocks struts on 2015 Passat S. Which ones should I consider?

My factory ride is stiffly sprung, but too softly damped. I want to upgrade to aftermarket shocks/struts. So far I've looked at Bilstein B6, KYB gas-a-just, and Koni FSD. What's your experience or your recommendations?

try boge or eibach but VW springs have a habit of breaking at the bottom if stiffly damped especially with the heavier diesel engine so add 4 springs to the list, make sure you don't have the adjustable shocks already

All of them will give you a stiff sporty ride. I use Monroe Sensi-Trac's in my cars and many costumer vehicles. They work great in GM vehicles but to be honest all the other imports I work on have never had a "cushy" ride after replacing the struts. I'd almost have to say factory struts might be the less aggressive ride.
