After days of a nice online conversation with a girl, I send her an affermative ironic sentence. She sees the text yet she doesn't reply.
What does that mean? Should I wait for her to answer (it's already been 1 day since then)? Or should I text her? If so, what should I tell her?

Maybe she has no idea what you mean by your so-called "affirmative sentence", or maybe she just isn't interested in you. Who knows.
