That depends on the MAP.
In the UK the car becomes illegal without the cats.

The increase will barely be noticeable. Not worth the expense.

3 maybe 5hp. You could have just turned the AC off and got the same or more power gain.

Not enough to justify the expense. Simply is not going to make an earth shattering difference on such a small displacement engine.
