Can a write up keep me from a lateral transfer?

I suppose to be transferring to another location within the next week but a huge situation just came up that possibly more than half the staff will be written up for and I was wondering if this will slow down or completely halt my process of moving? Any ideas.

    if you were the only one I would say it would have a huge effect on your chances but since you not the only one, it should not have that much impact
