The Twirlywoo's are infact terrorists?

So work with this one. Here is a group of people who live in hiding, they only share their teachings to those that would believe it pretty much children. They conspire to cause evil and anarchy in any situation. They don't look to bright nor act it ether. They take their first chance to cause mischief without thinking thru other methods that could be used to cause greater damage. Like someone with a low IQ tasked with a easy task.

The Stop Go car which is featured in many episodes just aims right at them and attempts to run them over. The female and kids are subordinate to the great big fat father. They also drink a large amount of fruit tea and not normal God approved western tea.

I think personally they are not up to any good however I don't think fictional characters become apart of the new pre-law justice system we have set up to fight this new evil.
