High triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, and normal blood pressure?!?

Hello. I am 27. I have normal blood pressure but took a blood test and only thing that came back was high triglycerides of 315 and LDL of 103. Now according to what I have been reading triglycerides is not good that high it’s way to high. But my LDL is normal according to my age range. What doesn’t this mean? How can someone have normal blood pressure and still have high triglycerides and cholesterol? Also what can I do to lower triglycerides? I workout almost everyday but I do eat bad stuff on the weekends when I drink.

ARE YOU UNDER THE CARE OF A DOCTOR? If you have all these results, you must be. Why are you NOT asking your Doctor? I am perplexed by that. You need to call him, and discuss your results and curiosities with HIM. We cannot help you with this, as we cannot give out Medical Advice. We are not Doctors. Your Health Care Provider is the only one qualified to give you a Professional answer. Have a good night, Zach!!!
