Does an MRI see colon cancer or a colon/intestinal tumor?

I'm in my 20's and I have been having intestinal pain on the lower right side. Did ultra sounds and a MRI with no findings. However, the pain is consistent. Sharp at times and feels like bloating with no other symptoms.

Thinking something is cancer at your age shows it's more likely that your problem is mental. Do you always make childish assumptions with no real data to back you up?

Just as far as the end of the colon.

MRI give you a 3D vision of teh INSIDE of you body.

a Specialist will be called in to "read" the picture, looking for abnormalities, like tumors.

If the ultrasound and MRI show nothing, then you probably DO NOT have colorectal cancer

well if the pain is on lower right side there is a good chance that you have an grumbling appendix...... it will either pass or it will become intense which will indicate that you have a appendicitis

    A colonoscopy is more definitive.

    It's likely constipation and IBS.

Start eating whole grains instead of bread.

Sugar and other sources high in fructose have to go.

This likely due to a combination of too little dietary fiber and too much fructose.

Fruit and vegetables should be your only source.

Those types of images are primarily for screening. They do not rule anything out, but would be capable of identifying tumors that are large than several mm, or appendicitis. Its a good idea to get tested for celiac disease. You might also try altering your diet. Switch to a very simple diet that has very few food types and then slowly start adding foods.
