Does corn really damage the digestive tract?

    Well, you're not supposed to eat the cobs and husks, so stop that. As far as kernels go, they won't digest properly if they aren't well-chewed, or ground during preparation, but they won't cause damage, but will pass right through.

    In a healthy digestive system, no. If the digestive system is not healthy, it might have problems with it.
