Average Daily Balance?

Susan has $94,508 in her savings account for the period of April 1 through April 12. Then adds $8000 to her balance on April 13. What is her daily average balance through the month of April

    Multiply $94,508 by 12. Multiply the grand total after the deposit was added, by the number of days for the rest of the month. Add the two totals together. Then divide by 30.

    Average = 94508*12/30 + 102508*18/30 = 99308
