You've punctured the screen.
Time to buy a new one. Unless you know what you're doing - pay someone else to fit it.

Well, shattered screen. Replace it or "half top" it by removing the screen and using external video sources such as VGA or HD

Yup now you have to buy a complete new screen and have it installed there is no way out of it
