It just bites everything you put in there. It is a lost cause. I tried putting lemon on my hand and it still bites. I have had to go to the doctor once because it bit me so deep. I have thought about dumping it in the field. Is there any more ideas before I give it back to the shop?

I was on a bouncy castle at my nephews 5th birthday and fell over and landed on my head. This was a week ago and have felt a terrible pain in the shoulder since. I have called my doctor but their is no appointments available for 4 weeks. It has expanded from just my shoulder to the back of my neck. Please help
