I have had a pain in my shoulder for a week.?

I was on a bouncy castle at my nephews 5th birthday and fell over and landed on my head. This was a week ago and have felt a terrible pain in the shoulder since. I have called my doctor but their is no appointments available for 4 weeks. It has expanded from just my shoulder to the back of my neck. Please help

    ER for an X-ray. You could have broken your shoulder or a bone in your neck.

    Are you in the US? Go to an urgent care center. They'll check you over and let you know what's up.

    Tylenol and alternate ice packs and wet heat.
