High blood pressure 22 year old normal weight?
I'm a healthy 22 year old male with probably below average weight 5'8 138 lbs. I noticed I had high blood pressure when i was taking prednisone which is normal not It's got me worried ever since. It seem to go back to normal after a few days. But Iv been testing it the past month or so on and of with a home tester.
Side note I did go to patient 1st when it was high and they said it wasn't super worrism that i was anxious.
So I'm not sure if home tester is reliable or not but one day it might be fine 120/80 one day good 107/69 then other days it'll get up to 140/95 or so.
Iv also seen changes from arm to arm one arm might be 125/89 then the other 145/95. Within the same time frame. It's a relion from walmart.
Pulse is also a lil high when sitting around 100-115 bpm.
I tried monitoring salt. As well
Also noticed on days i have coffe which is rare that even hours later it'll be higher.
I do sit almost all day and don't exercises as often due to lack of motivation or depression.
I Also had my kidneys ultra sounded within the last year i know sometimes kidney issues can cause high bp
One thing to take note is we got a puppy and i am allergic and know clogged sinuses can cause sleep apnea and that can cause high bp.
Any advice at all I'd helpful.

There is no Doctor who can say why is your BP high.
If yes then it would not have been a major health issue
in the lives of millions and millions of people around the world.
Patients can survive without doctors, but your doctors can not survive without patients.
People usually blame salt for High BP. It is true, But can anyone eat without salt?
People are eating Industrial Grade Salt, that is the reason which is affecting their Blood Pressure,
If people eat Food Grade Salt then it will not high the BP.
Yes, Sea Salt is Industrial Salt, Pink salt is Food Grade Salt.
Never use Sea Salt.
Use Pink Salt for cooking and direct sprinkling.
Use sesame seed oil, coconut oil, mustard oil, peanut oil for cooking.
that's all you need to do you will healthy and strong as a work horse.

This is what my UK Doctor advised for me.
Take 2 readings on the left arm resting on a table. One 30 seconds after the first one. Don't remove the cuff or move arm. There is a medical reason for this which is on the Internet. No caffeine or going up and down stairs for half hour before. The second reading is the true figure. Write it down
Take another reading an hour after lunch, and the last one mid evening. The last 2 will most probably be higher that the first one.
Do this for 7 days then . Add the numbers together each 120/80 or whatever, and divide by 7 . This will give you an average reading.
I was surprised as mine like yours varied, but the overall number was 140/80 which was good for a 70 year old.
We don't bother to take the pulse here, and don't forget anxiety will make it spike , that is why 3 times a day every day becomes routine and you won't get tense and make it rise.
I am allergic to my rescue cat, and take an antihistamine every day.
UK.
Update to be clear. That is adding all the first numbers together and divide , then the second numbers and divide , those 2 numbers are your true readings.

I was first diagnosed with high blood pressure when I was on active duty in the US Military, and in the best physical condition of my life. Don't mess around with it. If you think you MAY have a problem, go see a REAL doctor and get a REAL plan to take care of it.

Blood pressure readings are often very inaccurate. You should take 4 in a day and then work out the average. 120/80 is absolutely fine. It will spike if you're worried or perhaps not holding your arm right.
