Is it ok to take vitamin B complex, Vitamin c with zinc, vitamin D, multivitamin with iron tablets?

    Yes, just don't overdo the Iron tablets or oil based vitamins like A, for example.

    Yes, although it is probably only good for making very expensive urine.

    Yes, its okay. But vitamin C and calcium counteract each other so if the multi vitamin has calcium take the Vit C at a different time.

    Just take a multivitamin and save your money.

    If you're talking about a commercial multivitamin that contains all those things, yes. Why wouldn't it be, unless you have some unusual medical condition? If you do, consult a doctor.

    But commercial multivitamins have been approved for sale and consumption by the Food and Drug Administration.
