Just wondering about other people’s experiences.

I had a 1 day cleaning role, was volunteering to clean an office building.

I was given a pair of marigold gloves and shown how to clean the toilet area and then I cleaned the other, polished, hoovered, emptied bins and that was it.

I am having a second course of therapy at the moment but do not think it is helping me at all, I do not think me and this therapist have clicked, as I could not see the first one again. I am using the nhs for the therapy and only got 2 sessions left.

The first time I went I actually looked forward to going but this time I dread going. I feel worse now than I did before I started this course

I have never seen one before and do not know what they can and can not do. I believe I am going voluntarily so if I do not like it, I can drop out can’t I?

I have a short mop hairstyle. (Recently cut from a long mop) Now that my hair is shorter, when wind blows I can see my parting and my fringe goes from one side and straight down the middle.

I want something where it looks natural

And not wet like gel.

What would the best thing be?

I was thinking of hairspray but would that hold?

I am applying for a cleaning job. I have no experience other than cleaning my house.

Because I have no experience I am trying to fill in many questions as best as i can

How will you continue to deliver and maintain the high levels of cleanliness as required under the contract?

There isnt an application form, they just ask for apply own handwriting.

I had on yesterday.

I went for the throat spray instead of sedation and it is not that bad at all. The worst part is waiting

I wash mine in the morning every Monday Wednesday and Friday. If i am going out on the sunday ill wash it then because i have greasy hair.

I have greasy hair. I wash it 3 times a week at the moment.

The night before I shampoo my hair feels itchy, its worse between the 3 say gap.

Also due to it being greasy makes my hair look thinner in places as well under bright light.

I am using Alpecin shampoo and then after i put a shampoo/conditioner on the hair, i do not rub it into the roots and then wash it off with cold water.

The next Avengers film is meant to be the end of the contract for most of the cast. Some of the actors have stated they are not bothered about continuing with the roles. Some may want more money to reprise the role. So they will be losing actors/characters.

They will need to introduce new lesser known characters, and these may not be for everyone ir not everyone is familiar with them

The superhero bubble may burst. Everything as a time and then genres fade i.e. western films

Disney buying Fox. If Disney buy fox, they will get Fantastic Four which could do with a reboot (again) and X-men. People like the xmen films and know the characters and actors, plus they have done a great “reboot” movie in Days of Future Past, so would fans want to see another actor play Xavier, Magneto or Wolverine etc again and redo and force the xmen into a reboot. That goes for Deadpool as well

I wash my hair monday, Wednesday and friday. By sunday my hair is really greasy.

Week 1- monday, Wednesday, Friday

Week 2 sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for years now. I thought I would be ok on the tablets but I have started wanting to come off them BUT my mental health is really bad at the moment. I sm currently waiting for an appointment for CBT and I have a follow up with my therapist in early April. I could go to my gp but when I can get an appointment it is only a few days until I hear from the therapist.

I wash my hair 3 times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I am a guy. After aboutba day it looks like it needa washing again. How can I improve this?
