I have never seen one before and do not know what they can and can not do. I believe I am going voluntarily so if I do not like it, I can drop out can’t I?

Don't let them talk you into anything you r not happy with. For example, if they want you to go to truck driving training and you know you are a clumsy person.

They can help tailor your interests, activity level, ambition, skill set, and career goals. People often quit jobs or are unsatisfied bc they don’t take this criteria into consideration. A person who’d be antsy with a desk job may find a whole new world of work in a fast-paced job, like a restaurant for instance. There’s something for everyone out there, and the trick is matching yourself best w the position.
