    No, biotin, sometimes called vitamin H, is part of the B-complex nutrients, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, vitamins B-5, B-6, & B-12.

    No. Biotin is one type of B vitamin. It's sort of like all dogs are canines, but a bloodhound is a different type of dog from a poodle.

    Vitamin B complex simply means that it contains multiple B vitamins.

    Biotin is ONE B vitamin.

    There are many.

    Like cyanocobalic acid.
