should I stick with the a4 sketchbook or move on?

So I'm currently working in an A4 size sketchbook, but realised I prefer working smaller, I also have another blank A4 sketchbook, but several smaller ones, I'm not really into the one I'm currently working in, should I stop and move on to a smaller one? or do I just get the larger ones over with since it would be a waste not to use them? but at the same time is it worth it if I'm not as motivated to use it?

It's up to you. I prefer larger since I can always use only partial sections if I want.

Do two drawings on a page.

No reason not to use both. When you feel more like working small, use the small ones. Then if you want go back to the larger ones. Nothing to restrict you from doing this except your own preferences.

You're seriously worried about the size of your paper?

Why not just divide the page into two or four or whatever you choose?
