I never received a 1099 from Uber or Lyft. What do I do now? Can I find it somewhere online?

you report this income on Sch C and you should have kept a log of the miles you drove for Uber to claim those expenses, this is all included with your 1040, meaning you should have kept good records all the time you drove

whether you get a 1099 or not it is your responsibility to report your income

You are self-employed. You are responsible for your own business books. Surely you have been tracking your own income/expenses. That is what you're supposed to do. You ought to be able to file your taxes properly whether you are sent a 1099 or not. Many self-employed people never ever receive a single 1099 and some make more than 100k/year.
