What's the logical fallacy here?

"Research shows that depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders can be tied to poor nutrition, and can be improved with a proper diet. So drink our juice!"

Seems a bit like a non sequitur but not quite. Any help?

There's no link between their juice and a proper diet.

p.s. You should change your screen name to "I Ain't Got It"

It doesn't state categorically that it IS tied to poor diet, only that is CAN be.

Similarly it CAN be improved, not that it it WILL be improved.

Juice would count as nutrition. But you need some clarity on that

On that basis it was real juice, I wouldn't find the argument fallacious.

The first missing link is that the juice qualifies as part of a proper diet & not poor nutrition. Another is that the customer has a mood disorder.
