Not unless she is already an irish citizen, or married to an irish citizen. Just carrying an irish baby does not make you eligible for irish citizenship.

An African trying to get to Ireland? Doesn't Ireland just send boats out there to scoop up hundreds at a time these days?
Irish logic: spend 700 fighting the English, replace your whole population with Arabs and Africans within 30 years.

He will have to apply for a passport just like anyone else. Unless you are the father of record on his birth certificate, you have no pull with authorities.
I am curious why this is posted in Pets.
