    If a person is named as a subject or a person of interest in an investigation, then (yes) should get legal advice from a lawyer.

    Depending on the circumstances or the investigation, then the lawyer may state “shut the (f) up, unless you talk to me 1st on what to say or not say.

    Depends on what it is.
