Firefox help.?
I have an older version of Firefox on a laptop I haven t used for a few months. The computer is working fine. For some reason I can t get on the internet and was wondering if I need to update Firefox.
Any help please.

There could be quite a variety of reasons why you can't get on the internet I don't think your inability to get on the internet is strictly because you have an old version of Firefox

Probably not a Firefox problem, but rather a problem with your internet connection.

If you can't get on the internet you will not be able to update Firefox. Besides, Firefox will not keep you off of the internet.
You have other problems.
Open the Command Prompt and type PING 8.8.8.8 and see what you get.
If the ping is good, you have an internet connection.
