How does the ability to critique peer work, use self-assessment skills, and implement feedback help outside of school?

Being able to do those things really does one outside of school. Each of those factors (critiquing work, self-assessment and implementing feedback) show the ability to critically review work, identify performance issues and develop and implement corrective actions. And all of that helps in any profession, work environment and even for activities around the household. Those factors show the ability to identify gaps in desired versus actual performance, and determine where actions are needed for improvement, and the ability to implement change.
