Should I be concerned about infrequent hallucinations?

I've been seeing things that aren't there for about a year now, maybe once every 3 weeks. Usually it's an animal, bug, and a person one time. It looks completely real at the time but disappears a few seconds later. Earlier in the year I was being treated for depression so I'm not sure if it's related. I have a doctor's appointment this week and was going to mention it, but thought I might get another opinion here because I'm really curious

Don't you like the opinions you are getting so far? No one here know if your meds are causing it or just you vivid imagination!

Its something that your doctor needs to know about.

If you are taking medication for mental health reasons, you should have a therapist, and they are the ones who should talk with you more about it.
