Immortal life in heaven is a reward of immeasurable blessing, to be with God, Christ Jesus, and all the angels, glorious. But everlasting life on a restored paradise earth will be wondrous blessings as well, the earth is my home and I love all of God's creation here and find it so fascinating. I love being able to use my hands to builds things as a woodworker, a metalworker, whatever I would chose to make, watching animals at play, beautiful sunsets and sunrises, the mountains, the ocean, all beautiful. I love gardening and growing food, all the things I enjoy are here on earth, my home.

    Both is a privilege.

    144 000 have a hevenly hope.

Others have the hope to live on earth for ever.

Revelation 21: Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away...I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their splendor into it. On no day will its gates ever be shut, for there will be no night there. The glory and honor of the nations will be brought into it. Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

Some laser focus in on Matthew 5:5, but they miss v. 3: "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven;" v. 10: "Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven;" v. 8: "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall SEE God;” and v. 12: “Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great.”

There is one hope (Ephesians 4:4). Those whose sins are forgiven, who have put their faith in Jesus Christ, get the whole package—the new heavens AND the new earth!

The " as meek spiritual horns" (*) will NOT have eternal life in paradise on the earth or heavens .

    (extracted from the Bible)

(*) (those who know that they are being deceived but they like, .. pretend they do not know that they are being deceived ..)

Doesn't Revelation 21 describe a new heaven and new Earth as the Paradise of Heaven that we await? God's Throne is there according to chapter 22. Everlasting life in the presence of God is everlasting life in His heavenly kingdom. Call it what you want, but with Him is where I want to be. Semantics is nothing.

Since I was built to live on this Earth, a paradise Earth is more appealing.

Newsflash: The new Earth and the new heavens are the same thing: this physical universe. God's not redecorating his realm, Heaven.

Everlasting life is appealing to righteous people in and of itself. The location makes no difference. Neither location is more appealing than the other. Life in heaven will be appealing to those who have been called and chosen because they have been "called and chosen" specifically for that. 2 Peter 1:10. They will be co-rulers with Christ and rule as kings with him. Revelation 5:10; Revelation 20:6. As kings and priests, they will serve their earthly subjects and this will be both pleasing and appealing to them.

Life on a new earth will be appealing to those who have inherited a peaceful and secure paradise earth. Psalm 37:10, 11; Matthew 5:5. Being served by priests (Revelation 20:6) and ruled over by righteous kings (Revelation 20:6) will be appealing to them.

Everlasting life, whether it takes place in heaven or on earth, will be appealing in its own way because it is the gift of God - an everlasting life free of heartache, pain, old age, sickness and death - complete with peace from all threats to security and happiness. Quite an appealing prospect indeed!
