Do you think that I should make our school mascot a dog or a tiger. I am the athletic director of a school and I am wondering which is good.?

Tigers and bulldogs are both classic mascots that get used over and over. Try to find something different that will set your school apart. Like the TCU Horned Frogs or the Terapins (a turtle) or the Fighting Artichokes (seriously, that was a mascot at Scottsdale Community College in Arizona) or the UCSB Banana Slugs.

Okay, Terapins and Fighting Artichokes and Banana Slugs may be silly, but you can think of a more creative mascot other than bulldog or tiger. Like.. a wasp maybe, or a titan, or a cobra..

How about a TIGER DOG.

Where is your school located? If it's in Louisiana, use a tiger. If it's in California, use a dog with a surfboard. If it's in New York, use a dog dressed as a gangster. If it's in Texas, use a dog with a cowboy hat.

what about a bird of prey, as they always get their prey.

I would suggest a Dog. Mainly because the Dog is Mans best friend, Loyal and protective of its family. Tigers are Like cats. Most of them are disrespectful, unpredictable and mean.

Just don't make it a poodle.
