What are possible Job options for Expats to Myanmar?

Thinking of making a move to Myanmar. However, Just wanted to know some possible Job that provide flexibility and might be in demand.

I know that English Teacher is the default Job for many Expats, but what about becoming a teacher of Skills and trades?

For example: Let's say you have experience as a Plumber, Electrician, Dental Assistant, Accountant, Environmental Specialist, or whatever? Would it be possible to land a teaching Job somewhere to teach these trades?
