What is your favorite use of cinnimon?

It seriously helps cover up the gross taste of artificial sweeteners.

i'm diabetic and when I cook/bake, I usually just try to not use flour and cut way back on sugar, but I occasionally make something like a flax mug muffin where I'll sweeten it with an artificially sweetened syrup and the cinnamon hides the sickly sweet taste / bitter aftertaste.

On oats, or in French toast batter.

In my Cappuccino.

Making cinnamon rolls with it but baked in a muffin pan.

Mixing with sugar and putting on toasted buttered English muffins
