First make sure there are no problems with sunlight, CFL, or LED lamps emitting infrared.
It is even possible, though Very Unlikely,
for a TV screen to emit infrared and have it reflect off a surface in the room
and back to the IR receiver on the TV.
Also make sure there aren't any stuck buttons on the remote.
The easiest way to test for that is removing the cells from the remote.
If the problem still occurs, the remote didn't do it.
And When All Else Fails...
Take it to a TV repair shop.

maybe ...
1- a loose electrical connection from the outside box to the wall outlet ..
2- the room is too hot....
3- a cold soldering joint in the power supply board ..there is a crack ...
