Heart problems? Or something else?

So I have been having chest issues for the past 6 or 7 months. I have had so many ekgs and so many blood work. I have had a echocardiogram and a nuclear stress test. Everything comes back fine except my cholesterol which is a tad high. So my cardiologist does not think it’s heart related due to the tests that come back fine. What else could it be? The chest pain is not really pain just discomfort and sometimes sharp like pain that only last for a few seconds then leaves. It’s throughout the day. Any idea to what it could be? Or any advice?

Clearly something else/ Sharp pain is rarely cardiac as is pain lasting a second or two. Could be inflammation of rib ends, digestive...but is probably just nasty anxiety.

maybe you should see another doctor for another opinion so you can have a better idea of whats going on

Could be 25 different things, none of them related to your heart. Lungs, stomach, muscles, all can cause pain in the chest area.

Everything is FINE because it's not your heart.
