Balancing out ginger taste?

I was making an Asian style broth and I put in too much ginger. I just tasted it and all I taste is ginger. What can I do to balance out the taste?

You can add some water, add and taste, add and taste, etc. You can also add some sharp onion, like a Spanish onion. Quarter the onion, strain it out later.

Separate the broth, then add things like more water, more vegetables, cream etc.

More liquid and then season it without using more ginger.

I know of nothing that would balance out the taste, I would suggest that you just start over. If you just try to dilute it, you will create a weak broth.

there is NOTHING else you can add that will take away the ginger flavor..you need to dilute it with more water.
