Is there a big difference between 270 horsepower and 278, and 295 compared to 265 lb-ft or torque?

I'm comparing the 2018 Tacoma to Wrangler Rubicon and this is something I don't really know much about.

    Gearing differences would negate the minimal amount of difference.

    These numbers might mean something if you were comparing two vehicles that weighed exactly the same and exhibited exactly the same amount of aero drag. You're not.
