I feel bad for Sarah Gilbert. The Roseanne reboot was her brainchild and she put a LOT of work into making it happen. Still, I'm not sure it's really gone. There's still the possibility that it will get picked up by another broadcast network, like Fox, or cable network, like TNT, or Internet network, like Hulu.
