Ive been having chest pains and discomforts for months now. I’ve had a nuclear stress test done which came back fine yet I still have these pains and discomforts. What could it be? Would a nuclear stress test determine blockage in heart or see if the heart is in trouble?

Daily stress. Worry about your activities, Work (school) related problems.
Interrupted Sleep. Adjust your sleeping plan so that you wake naturally, without an alarm to scare you awake..
Diet., minor Heart Burn. Examine what you eat and when with regard to sleeping.
A simple and easy test: Try resting (sleeping) with your back at an angle of 30 degrees.
