I am a 15 and 6" Y/O male and i weigh 210lb. I would like to start working out.?

Hello, so i have always been a bad eater when it comes to snack foods and i think that is why i am so large. I also would like to change all of this fat to muscle and not be self conscious when my shirt lifts up when i am in public. So is there any website that gives a good diet and work-out plan. Because i am sick and tired of having to suck in my gut in public so that i don't feel self conscious.

Edit: I don't want to be massive, but i want to be able to see bulges on my arms and a flat stomach that you can see muscle.

    The Ketogenic Diet (you can google Diet Doctor Ketogenic diet for beginners and you'll find all the info you need).

    The Atkins Diet -- lots of information online about this one too.
