Does anyone know of anywhere in the downtown Chicago area where I could be a mascot?

    Yes: dress up in rags and panhandle near the commuter train stations. Try to block the sidewalks, too. A nice policeman will take you to a lovely bed and breakfast and you can perform for the B&B guests. :)
